Researching Atlas? Start here.
If you’re looking up Atlas Vehicle Protection before making a decision—or after purchasing a vehicle service contract—we want to make it easy to find information about our company and know where to go if you have a concern.
Atlas Vehicle Protection is a Missouri-based seller of vehicle service contracts established in 2021. Atlas has helped more than 20,000 customers.
Like any company serving thousands of customers, Atlas receives both positive feedback and customer complaints. We believe prospective and existing customers should be able to research the company, understand the roles involved in their contract and reach the right people when something needs attention.
Research Atlas from independent sources
You don’t have to rely solely on information published by Atlas when evaluating our company.
We encourage customers and prospective customers to review independent sources and consider the context of individual reviews, including what occurred, which company was responsible for the issue and whether the concern was ultimately addressed.
When reviewing BBB information, look beyond the rating alone. Individual complaints can provide additional context about the concerns customers have raised and how a business has responded.
Complaints are important — and not all the same
A question about a recently purchased contract is different from a cancellation request. A cancellation request is different from a mechanical repair claim. And a claims decision may involve the contract administrator identified in the customer’s agreement rather than Atlas itself.
Understanding the issue—and which party is responsible for handling it—is the first step toward getting the right help. If you have an active concern, use the options below to find the appropriate next step.

Find the right next step
Atlas and your contract administrator are not the same company
This distinction is important when researching reviews or trying to resolve a problem.
Research the administrator named in your agreement
Customers researching their coverage may also want to independently research the administrator identified in their agreement.
Enterprise Financial Group, Inc. holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and is BBB accredited.
Bee Auto Administration, Inc. holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and is BBB accredited.
These ratings apply to the named administrator organizations. They are not ratings of Atlas Vehicle Protection or of an individual vehicle service contract. Your individual agreement identifies the administrator responsible for your contract.

A review doesn’t always tell you what to do next
Online reviews can help you research a company, but if you already have an Atlas contract or an unresolved concern, the most useful next step is often identifying exactly what you need and who is responsible for handling it.
We want a clear way for you to reach us
We want customers to have a clear way to reach Atlas when something needs attention.
If your concern involves a claim, your contract may direct you to the administrator identified in your agreement. Visit Claims & Breakdown Help if you’re unsure where to start.
